The "COCS" system was (apparently) a labyrinthian process in between "Service Sold" (left) and "Service Installed" (right). The truck pulling up the rear is full of technicians and clerks and driven by AT&T management, and is saying "When did we take the wrong turn?" "Back around 1975." "When we gunna get out?" "Who knows?" "Stay right behind 'em, they said this was the best road to take." And the truck in the front is driven by SCB management and is saying "What do you mean you're lost? You built this road!"
